I'm a bilingual (EN/FR) technologist who works across two worlds — keeping public-sector healthcare IT running on BMC Remedy by day, and building full-stack products and teaching robotics the rest of the time.

About

More than one thing

I operate BMC Remedy ITSM as the system of record for a large public-sector healthcare environment — handling incident and request management, user-access administration, and service workflows for more than 10,000 Ontario Health staff.

Alongside that I build software end to end — backend services, databases, and API integrations — and I coach robotics to thousands of students each year. I like turning messy operational problems into clean, documented processes, and I care about doing the small things well.
