IT support & ITSM · full-stack developer · robotics coach
I'm a bilingual (EN/FR) technologist who works across two worlds — keeping public-sector healthcare IT running on BMC Remedy by day, and building full-stack products and teaching robotics the rest of the time.
I operate BMC Remedy ITSM as the system of record for a large public-sector healthcare environment — handling incident and request management, user-access administration, and service workflows for more than 10,000 Ontario Health staff.
Alongside that I build software end to end — backend services, databases, and API integrations — and I coach robotics to thousands of students each year. I like turning messy operational problems into clean, documented processes, and I care about doing the small things well.
A few live products and experiments across mobility, public-sector automation, language and robotics.
A dispatch platform for black-on-black cars. Drivers keep 100% of their fares and riders pay less than the big apps — a fairer model on both sides of the ride.
An automation platform for public-sector funding — streamlining how organizations discover, prepare and manage funding and proposal workflows.
A language-learning platform I founded, applying NLP and machine learning to teach and help preserve the Ge'ez language.
A 3D × robotics venture building systems that merge robotics with AI-powered automation — turning physical workflows into repeatable, intelligent processes.
A universal calendar app that turns words and pictures into events and exports them to standard
.ics files.
A speech-to-text and chant classifier for religious chants, built with deep-learning audio models to help document sacred musical traditions.
IT support, a full-stack build, or a robotics program — I'd like to hear about it.
